rgpflow

How it works

So simple, you could explain it to your little brother.

No marketing jargon here. This page explains what rgpflow does using one short story — and by the end, you'll know exactly how to use every tool.

The big idea: digital marketing just means showing what you sell to the right people on the internet. rgpflow gives you three little helpers that make that easier. Here's each one, explained with a story.

Meet Maya.

Maya is 12. She makes friendship bracelets and sells them online for $5 each. She wants more people to find her shop. Watch how she uses each rgpflow tool.

1Tool

The link builder

Think of it as: name tags for your links.

Maya shares her shop link in two places — on Instagram, and in her family's WhatsApp group. Soon, 40 people visit her shop. Great! But… which place sent them? She has no idea. Both links look exactly the same.

The fix: the link builder sticks a tiny name tag on the end of each link, like ?utm_source=instagram on one and ?utm_source=whatsapp on the other. The visitors don't notice it at all — but Maya's stats page now says: 32 came from Instagram, 8 from WhatsApp. So she spends her time posting on Instagram, where it works.

How you use it: paste your link → type where you'll share it → press copy. Done in 10 seconds.

2Tool

The ad metrics calculator

Think of it as: a report card for your ad.

Maya saves up $10 and pays Instagram to show her bracelet photo to more people. A week later, her ad dashboard shows a wall of numbers. Was the ad worth it? The dashboard doesn't say.

The fix: she types 5 numbers into the calculator — she spent $10, the ad was seen 2,000 times, 80 people clicked, 6 people bought a bracelet, which made her $30. The calculator instantly answers: every $1 she spent came back as $3. That's a great ad — run it again! (If every $1 came back as only 50¢, the report card would tell her to stop and fix it.)

How you use it: copy the numbers from your Meta or Google Ads dashboard into the boxes. The grades appear instantly as you type.

3Tool

The Google result preview

Think of it as: a mirror to check before you go out.

Maya wants her shop to show up when people search "friendship bracelets" on Google. But Google only shows a small card for each website — and if her page title is too long, Google chops it off right in the mid…

The fix: before publishing, Maya types her page title and description into the preview tool and sees exactly what searchers will see — like checking the mirror before picture day. The counters turn amber when she's close to the limit and red when Google would cut her off.

How you use it: type a title and description, watch the preview update live, and trim until nothing gets cut off.
